WB Developing and Fixing Kit is a processing kit, which can be used for Western, Northern and Southern Blotting after squashed. This kit is especially suitable for X-ray developing and fixing, as well as normal black & white negative film or photograph. This kit can be used solely without any other assistant reagent.

Directions for use
  1. Development: Immerse film completely in the Development Solution for 10 seconds to 10 minutes. Progression of development may be optimised by observing the film under red light. Optimal development time must be determined by the end user.
  2. Wash: Wash film with clean water. Ensure complete removal of Development Solution.
  3. Fixing: Immerse film completely in Fixing Solution for 3-5 minutes.
  4. Wash: Wash film with clean water. Ensure complete removal of Fixing Solution.
