Y-27632 2HCl is a small molecule which can act as a ROCK family kinase inhibitor. It can enhance stem cell survival and proliferation in culture, and improves the freeze-thaw rate for Human embryonic stem cells without influencing morphology, karyotype, cell surface markers or differentiation potential. It is provided as a white to off-white powder.
